Valuation is a concept in English developed in the business world that can be translated as “Company Valuation”. Valuation is a meticulous study, through which several tools are developed with the aim of calculating the value of an asset, the value of a company. Valuation began with large publicly traded companies and has taken its place every day in medium and small companies, becoming the main tool to not only determine the value of a company, but to know its financial health through indicators such as: Opportunity Cost of Capital, Margin, Asset Turnover, Liquidity, Indebtedness, CAPEX, ROE, ROIC, EVA, FREE CASH FLOW TO FIRM (FCFF), Equity Value, Enterprise Value - EV, EV/ EBITDA, EV/Sales, among other indicators.

Capturing Investors or Investment Funds that are appropriate to the type of company and transaction, with total and absolute secrecy avoiding speculative wear and tear that may depreciate the equity. Most Enterprises in the so-called Early Revenue Growth phase require investments to finance the maintenance (or even acceleration) of their growth plans. Even why, growth consumes cash.
