By having a vast network of contacts with large Brazilian and foreign investors, we act as a Business Advisory to introduce investors with synergy to the client's business.

1. Client hires Values2B - (NDA and exclusivity);

2. Meeting with the client to understand the company's profile and plans regarding its:

       a) branch of activity
       b) invoicing,
       c) suitable type of investment,
       d. transaction type.​

3. Accept to develop the project with the customer;

5. Proposal for customer analysis;

6. Agreements and acceptance of the proposal by the client and start of the process:
      Valuation, making the teaser and infomemo...

7. Seeks potential investors with synergy for the proposed business;

8. Upon investor acceptance, the M&A process begins.
