1.  Cliente contrata a Values2B - (NDA e exclusividade);

2.  Reunião com o cliente para entender o perfil  e planos da empresa quanto ao seu:

      a.  ramo de atividade,

      b.  faturamento,

      c.  tipo de investimento adequado,

      d.  tipo de transação.

3.  Aceite para desenvolver o projeto com o cliente;

5.  Proposta para analise do cliente;

6.  Acertos e aceite da proposta pelo cliente e inicio do processo:

     Valuation, confecção do teaser e infomemo... 

7.  Busca o investidor em potencial com sinergia para o business proposto;

8.  Ao aceite do investidor inicia-se o processo de M&A.
